1) Dr Lovetoy will repair, free of charge, any adult product sent that is
defective due to faulty manufacture or abnormal component failure only .

2) If the repair is not possible and the fault is a GENUINE Manufacturing issue
a replacement of the same product will be supplied.
(Please note: - variations to the original colours may occur).

3) If the item is not able to be replaced within a reasonable time
Dr Lovetoy will reimburse the purchase price recorded on your Warranty Voucher.

Simply complete the Customer Detail Form (www.drlovetoy.com.au) and a FULLY COMPLETED warranty voucher. (Supplied at time of purchase)

- It is suggetsted that faulty items be sent via Registered Post to ensure arrival.
- Dr Lovetoy is not responsible for lost items or damage caused in the post.
- Please clean and carefully wrap any items posted to Dr Lovetoy.

Note! Unclean items will be disposed of without hesitation and will void all offered services.

Dr Lovetoy’s Warranty Vouchers do not cover problems that are caused by or are related to the following issues.

1. Evidence of the use of non recommended batteries (www.thevibratorsite.com.au supplies Non Alkaline batteries with each purchase).
2. Corrosion or damage caused by leaking batteries.
3. Immersion of non fluid proof toys.
4. Excessive Overuse.
5. Torn, Broken or Discoloured Coverings.
6. Physical or Structural Damage.
7. Toys that have been tampered with.

This means that if you:-
Use the wrong type of batteries
Leave the (Flat) batteries in.
Get water into the electronics/controls.
Wear it out through abuse.
Drop, bend, break or try to fix it.

The above problems are not considered manufacturing issues.

This means that all adult products must be working when they are provided to you.
If your product does not work the first time you remove it from the package,
immediately contact your retailer for a replacement item.
